SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST. We aim to process morning orders the same day however we ask that you allow up to 48 hours (1
week for Made To Order pieces) for your order to be processed. Please consider that orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the following business day.
For your protection, we require a signature at the time of delivery. In you refuse delivery of your order, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund for
the merchandise and taxes paid will be issued. Shipping charges and any additional duties or customs charges are non-refundable.
